What is the contemporary architecture of recent years in Latvia, where architects deal with similar economical, social atmosphere as in Lithuania? What virtues, tendencies it relfects? Does it form a new indentity of Latvian architecture?
Recently Latvian architecture awards had highlighted 5 best architecture projects, implemented in 2009. The review of them is a short glance at new Latvian architecture of housing, administrative, cultural, commercial buildings and public spaces.
